Description

Moonstone earrings, a milky white stone at the center of a full circle of silver branches.

The branches close the circle
Thin silver twigs reach out from the stone in every direction and end in small rounded tips. The circle closes, so each earring reads as one round mass rather than a stone with decoration around it.

Milky white moonstone, and matte
The stone is a clouded white, soft and unclear from within. We shape it in our Tbilisi studio and stop before the polish, so the stone keeps its own natural surface.

Every twig made separately
Each branch is cut, bent and soldered by hand. They do not repeat, so the circle is never symmetrical.

Wide on the lobe, open as filigree
The disc covers most of the lobe, but there is air between the branches, so the piece reads as open work rather than a mass of metal. The leverback closes behind the ear and stays shut through the day.

One of one
Every stone is chosen and set one at a time. The pair that reaches you will be close to the photograph and never a copy of it.
