Description

These jade drop earrings hang two marbled green ovals from a narrow veined silver top.

Marbled green jade
The green is not one flat color. Lighter and darker bands swirl through each oval, so the two stones read as a pair without repeating each other. We dome them and take them to a polish, so the face gives back one soft highlight.

A crown of silver beads
Beads of different sizes stand up around each oval and hold it from the edge. They are darkened in the hollows and bright on top, so the rim reads as a broken ring of light.

Veined silver, front and back
The narrow top above each stone carries a fine branching texture, and the same pattern is worked into the closed back of every setting. It is the side nobody sees and the side that rests against the skin.

Made in our Tbilisi studio
We cut and shape both stones ourselves, then build the silver around them, one setting at a time.

They hang and they move
The stones swing clear of the ear instead of sitting against it, so the green catches light from different angles as you move.

One of one
Every stone is chosen and set one at a time. The piece that reaches you will be close to the photograph and never a copy of it.
