Description

White moonstone pendant, a small matte oval in a beaded silver setting, on a soft black cord.

Moonstone in pure white, not cream
This stone is a cold white. Faint cloudy veins stand inside it and seem to shift as the angle changes. We shape it in our Tbilisi studio and stop before the polish, so the surface stays matte.

A bail shaped like a leaf
Above the stone the silver is worked into a leaf, textured and broken up like bark. It is the part of the piece you notice most once it is on the neck.

A ring of beads around the oval
Small silver balls run around the edge of the setting, and in two or three places a claw reaches in over the face of the stone. The silver is dark and the stone is pale. The whole piece rests on that contrast.

It sits under a collar
This is the smallest pendant we make. It is meant for every day, and it does not bulk up under a scarf or a shirt collar.

One of one
Every stone is chosen and set one at a time. The piece that reaches you will be close to the photograph and never a copy of it.
