Pink Rose Quartz Ring - Tall Oval on a Vine Band

This rose quartz ring stands a tall oval stone in a crown of silver beads, on a band worked as a vine.

Rose quartz owes its color to microscopic mineral fibers, and they leave a soft cloud running through the stone rather than a clean, even color. This oval is cut tall and domed, so there is enough surface to watch that cloud drift from one end to the other. It leans toward lavender rather than pink.

A crown of silver beads
Silver balls, large and small in turn, stand up around the whole oval and hold it from the edge. The dome stands clear above them, so the whole face of the stone is open.

A band worked as a vine
Both shoulders carry small leaves and beads soldered along a twisting band. The silver is darkened in the dips and left bright on the raised parts, so the vine reads from a distance.

The back is worked too
The back of the setting is closed and carries a fine branching texture, on the side that rests against the skin. We cut the stone and build the silver around it in our Tbilisi studio.

It adjusts on the finger
The band is open underneath, where the two ends pass each other, so the ring settles where you want it with no size to choose at checkout.
